For some reason we are having to go into paypal and verify the payment before it will process it. I dont want to have to do that. What is the workaround?

The PayPal Authorization Only option is disabled on your form, it means that payments should be received normally.
The issue may be related to some security evaluation at PayPal. I would like to suggest contacting PayPal Support to find out why the manual verification is required for your received payments.
