HI, I HAVE A CAT COLLAR FORM AND A DOG COLLAR FORM, I RECEIVE THE RESULTS FROM THE CAT COLLARS BUT NOT THE DOG COLLAR FORM, HAVE DONE A TEST FILL IN AND STILL NO RESULTS

Your email address is not blocked on our end. I would like to suggest checking a Spam/Junk folder via webmail to see if the message ended up there. You may also submit one more test entry.

Yes they are in the spam folder but only the dog collar submissions, why ? what do i need to do to stop them going in there

I checked the email notification settings on both forms and I noticed that in Cat Collar Form, you are using the noreply@formresponse.com as a Sender Email while in the Dog Collar Form, you are using the noreply@jotform.com that could be perhaps the reason why you are not receiving notification emails from the Dog Collar Form but receiving notification emails from Cat Collar Form.
Since you have mentioned the emails from the Dog Collar Form is there on the Spam Folder, please mark it as not Spam so that it will not flagged as Spam in the future.
