Cannot view uploaded videos

I cannot view videos that are uploaded to my tele-neurology form. The link brings me to a screen that looks like the attachment. Pictures work fine. 

You need to go to your submissions view first: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions 

From there, you need to download the video to your local drive. Then use any media player to watch the video. Let us know if you need more help.
