Trying to delete a form, not able to.

Im trying to delete a form I don't use anymore. The Movie form.

Are you referring to the form http://www.jotform.us/form/62776742372161? Could you let us know if you see any error message while you try to delete the form in your account? I notice that the form is having about 500 submissions which is the limit of submission storage for Free subscription accounts. Please make sure that you have backup of the submissions if you need. Please be noted that the form once purged (deleted from the Trash folder) cannot be restored in any way.
