When exporting to excel, how can I show all check box selected for each row as single column

For example,

I'm trying to create a matrix with column and rows, and checkbox matrix allow participants to check multiple times. 

How could I make the excel output look like this? 

Unfortunately, it's not possible to do that when you export. However, you can do that manually after you have exported the sheet.
