Incomplete payment

    I have a question about an incomplete payment submission I received. If it is because I input an incomplete/incorrect paypal account name am I able to correct this in some way so that the payment may be approved from the payment gateway?

    An incomplete payment means that the user decided not to complete the payment when he was redirected to the PayPal page after submission. 

    Please note that completing a submissions will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

    We would suggest you to setup IPN(Instant Payment Notification), which is a POST message sent by Paypal whenever a transaction is completed on their side.
