How to change a tab name (page title) on a cloned form?

    I cloned a form and when you open the other form up in the web browser it comes up as the original name of the form. How do I change that to the new form name?

    Please change a 'Page Title' via form settings to fix the issue.

    Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > Page Title
