I checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/71084713012142) and the submit button is indeed at the top of some fields. To place the submit button and other fields in their designated places, simply drag and drop them as shown from the screencast below:

hard to trust that when I send it to a client that all will be well. Also,
before writing to you I changed the name of the summit but it isn't
reflected on the form. Can I arrange for a call?

Please note that we don't make any changes to user's form unless we have a permission from the form owner. If you are not sure about the changes made on your form, you can view you account activity logs to see your form modification history. Here's the guide on How to View Your Account Activity Logs.
If the changes you have made doesn't reflect on your form, please try clearing your form's cache and browser's cache to see if it helps.
