    Could you please provide us more details. Do you mean you cannot make changes on your form using the form builder? I cloned your form and was able to make changes. Here's a screencast of it:

    What do you mean that "link does not upload"? I'm not sure if I understood that part, are you having issues editing the form or you cannot view the form? If you could provide us more details and if there are any error messages, that would help us better.
