I received an e-mail that my password was reset.

    Hello Yvonne,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    It seems some user has used our form to send SPAM messages. One of my colleague have already taken care of this issue and suspended user's account. It's safe to disregard the email you have received.

    Yes, that is the exact email my colleague is referring to.  Please disregard this email and let us know if you receive and new ones.
