I am looking to integrate Jot Form as the payment form with world pay for my business. We have yet to launch our product and would be using your free account until sufficient sales are made.
However, we would hate to miss represent our online service through reaching our account limit etc.
What view would we have over our account's traffic?
Can we set up notifications on traffic limits?
Due to our sales being seasonal, how easily can we down/up grade accounts to meet our needs?
Furthermore; It is suggested on your site that sensitive data can be encrypted, is this service priced differently? Also would you know if this is a requirement with worldpay?Thank you for your anticipated help!
I look forward to your reply!
Kind regards,
Edward M.

It is possible to setup email notifications using our Submission Counter widget, a Textbox field, and an email condition.
Here are the steps that you will need to do.Step 1. We set up submission limits on a form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-limit-submissions-in-a-form
Step 2. We add the Submissions Counter widget:
https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Configure the widget to count down your remaining submissions:
Step 3. We use conditional logic to pass the value from this widget into a regular Text Box field:
https://www.jotform.com/help/286-How-to-Pass-Field-Value-to-Another-Field
This is required because conditional emails do not work well with the widget directly, but it works great with ordinary form fields such as Text Box.
Step 4. We set a up a conditional email notification, such that "IF Text Box is equal to 1, SEND email":
https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other concerns.
