I am trying to use my email but it will not accept on signup

I would like to sign up using furious49"outlook.com but it says invalid email.....what am I doing wrong?

Furious49"outloook.com is an invalid email address. That's why our system does not accept it. A valid email address looks like this furious49@outlook.com

A valid email doesn't allow special characters, it only allows alphanumeric values, followed by the at sign '@' then your domain name or email service provider (outlook.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com)
