Norton Symantec blocking form

    We are getting suspicious web page block from customers who have the Norton safe search tool bat installed.

     

    The form is https://form.jotformeu.com/70493881281361

     

    The message is as below :-

    Suspicious Web Page Blocked

    You attempted to access:

    https://form.jotformeu.com/70493881281361


    For your protection, this web page has been blocked and submitted for review. Visit Symantec to learn more about phishing and internet security. 

    It is recommended that you do NOT visit this page, however if you know that this web page is safe, you may choose to visit this web page anyway.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    As far as I have checked jotformeu.com domain seem to be whitelisted by Norton, as you can also check at the following URL: https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=jotformeu.com 

    Alternatively, you can use other domains listed below instead of jotformeu.com:

    jotform.com

    jotform.us

    jotform.co

    Maybe, the words used in that form could have triggered Norton. Please tell us if the issue still persists.

    Hi I am still having the issue.  I have the same problem on my other forms such as :-

    https://eu.jotform.com/chapter_one/131809210381

     

    I have tried the other domains.  I cannot see anything sinister in my choice of words on the form.  Can you see or recommend anything that may be causing Norton to flag this.

    We take security here in JotForm very seriously. I do not think that this issue is related to us.

    As far as I investigate the situation on the internet, I have seen that sometimes Norton Symantec blocks websites. Please check the same case in the online Norton community at the following URL: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-blocking-my-website-malicious
