When I go to send my form through Jot Form to various e-mail addresses, the e-mail is not going through. It says it was "sent," however, my clients are not receiving the form, and I did a test e-mail twice and still have not received any e-mails.

The test email will always be sent to the default account address. To test email addresses other than the default account address, it would require sending a submission through the form.
