Just wanted to see if there was a tracking device set up as sometimes submissions are deleted or incomplete just trying to figure out if those count on the monthly total and if so how can I track that so I do not go over our allocated amount.

Yes you can click on your account icon (top right hand corner) and click "view all". Then all your limits are displayed:
