We are a clothing designer and manufacturing company. We need forms that we can upload images and communicate feedback with our clients back and forth. Right now we use a form in Google Sheets in which the client can input feedback however has to send a separate email or attachment with images.
I had the following questions:
Cost
What software or installation is needed to use
Full user license and edit rights needed / cost
Integration with what programs
What makes your forms different or better than competition
How many templates are available
Customization options for forms
Will form link to somewhere else like google
How to control access rights to clients or users
User and date/time stamps capability
Task Access and notification
Offer triggers or alerts to move to next process
Ability to Add or modify alerts and access rights?
Input types: Texts Numeric, Dates, Times, Checkboxes, Radio Buttons ?
Attachment capability and max file size, type of files that can be attached ?
Do you offer:
-Mandatory Fields
-Read - Only
-Hidden
-Disabled - Greyed out cannot be changed
How is data transferred and stored.
-When a client uploads to jot forms can we direct the uploads to a special folder or control where the uploads go?
