I've had one of our cometitors from our BBQ contest have his cc billed 2 additional times after our BBQ contest. I have shut the form off after the first time, but he's been billed again a second time. Please let me know what to do.
Is this a jotform issue or a cc billing company issue?

What is the form that was used to process the payment? It could be that you setup a subscription, and that is the reason of the recurring payments: https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option

From what you have repied, it looks like you think it my cc for a subsription. It's not a subscription renewal. One of our competitors has been billed multiple times. He submitted a form to register for our contest (the first transaction was ok). But since then he has been billed 2 additional times for the same transaction as the first. The second time, the form was still active. After charge #2 came in, I disabled the form. He was just cahrged a 3rd time yesterday.

Can you please confirm that the multiple submission payment comes from the user RASMUSSEN?
I reviewed your form and indeed it is not a Subscription type payment form but a Sell Product type instead.
Base on the submission data, I think the user did submitted the form and completed the payment transaction 2 times. They made the transaction on 2 different date.
The form can be submitted multiple times anytime by the same user since unique submission limit is not enabled on the form.
We will wait for your updated response.
