My form is not sending to my email for some reason. It's a brand new form and I have the receipent sent to my email@example.com. Please help.

It appears like you are using your own sender email address. Please try using firstname.lastname@example.org as the sender email, and let us know if you receive the notification.
Also, make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM.
