adding a form to facebook

I am following the instructions for adding a form to our fb page - but when I go to platforms and click add jotform tab nothing happens.

I understand, that nothing happens when clicking the 'Add JotForm tab' button. Please make sure that pop up windows are enabled, because it will open a small pop up window, where it will ask for your Facebook login.
