I deleted all submissions but upload storage space not cleared.

Hello, I have deleted all of my submissions and have absolutely nothing that would take up space. Even the archives/trash are empty. I have had this problem before and I forgot what fixed it but I can't figure it out this time. This happens quite often too :( please help!

I did check your account and found that you have deleted all the submissions already. I went ahead and refreshed your upload storage space and that seems to have solved this problem. Your current upload storage space usage is 0.00 B.

I have activated your account and you should not have any trouble. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
