Today we've renewed our subscription with Jotform (Bronze plan), but we are not able to access to our Jotform's account because apparently we are out of space already.
Could you help us, please?

You should try logging out. Then logging back in again. Your account details should refresh. If that doesnt work, then please get back to us and we can try something else.
