    I have thanks.
    These are good when the forms are actualy filled out.
    How about when you have 5 people who have to fill out the same form and i need to know if one person doesn’t fill it out, I get a notified.
    The way I am tracking them is I have a drop down menu with each of their name on the form.
    Thanks,

    @kip

    Sadly, we do not have such a feature. Email alerts can only trigger on successful submissions.

    What do you think about creating a report for your form, then periodically checking that report to know if a person did not fill out your form?

    Anyway, I can imagine a workaround to your goal that would require custom programming, an SQL database, and a webhost that runs PHP.

    To be honest though, I am not sure if it will be worth the effort and money.
