Our IP address has been banned

    We need help immediately to be able to log in...getting a message Hold It Right There..looks like your IP address has been banned for possible phishing attempt.

    We need to process our applications..this is our 3rd request.

     

    Please call me at 804.709.1326 as we are a paying customer for 3 hrs.

    You posted the same problem on the forum 5 hours ago, and my colleagues have responded to it. We need your IP Address so we can add you to our whitelist.  Here's your first thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1180764

    Yes he said it was not on your end and to clear my caching and all cache was cleared and still can get. He said we were not on any list.

    I have whitelisted the given IP address. Can you check now?

    Its working now. I was told we weren't whitelisted earlier today and was on our end.
