    Un-require fields based on other field's input

    On a political donation form I need state required info about employment. I have that as a required field. If retired, I don't need it. Can I set it up so that user can click retired and bypass 4 fields of otherwise required fields?

    You can indeed achieve that using conditional logic, use the ENABLE/REQUIRE FIELD option, and set the condition to UN-REQUIRE when retired is selected.
