With a Premium Account, will all reference to jotform be removed including mails sent as a thank you reply to intended cusomters. Last but not least, is there any issues regarding contact form and facebook usage ? or any technical bugs i need to made aware of and in closing, as mentioned above with recieving emails and sending mails in responce to customers interaction with the contact form will i need to purchase anything else other than what i have mentioned in regards to creating a contact form and implementing it under a premium account.

No changes will be made on your form upon upgrading your account. With regards to adding a form to facebook, so far there are no issues with it, all you have to do is to follow the guide we have for you to be able to add it. Also you do not have to purchase anything else other than upgrading to premium account unless if you will be having more than 1000 submissions a month.

So with Premium Account, if i create FB contact form, the Jot logo will remain visible.

Hi, can you able to share to us your FB page where the form was used? We will check further.
And, what exactly do meant by Jot logo being visible in the form?
Unless you add some image field with a jotform logo, the form can be devoid of any graphical fields or elements. even if you integrate it to FB.
