"Your connection is not private" /there is a problem with website's security certificate

    Hello - we have been getting intermittent error messages from our clients and now my computer is doing the same thing where we click to access or Jotforms from our website, www.goodpediatrics.com and the 3 forms we have through you, under New Patients have 1. New Patient Registration 2. Medical History, and 3 Family history - when I click on either of these I get the messages I attached, first is chrome second is Internet Explorer - yet it works on an older computer of mine...does your/our security certificate need to be refreshed or something? We are getting a lot of calls about this and it is a big problem..thank you for your help!

    Please try removing the embedded jotforms from the webpages of your site where you have embedded them, then load those pages. If the issue goes away after you remove the jotforms, then try re-embedding your jotforms using the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
