Item name of Quantity Gift Registry is not being displayed in submission emails.

    Hello, 

    I'm using the quantity gift registry component as it does exactly what I need. Let a user select a quantity from multiple different food items. The problem is that when the data is submitted, none of the the individual selectors carry over. It just says "1 1 1" but no indication that they selected 1 sandwich or 1 wrap, etc. 

    Any idea how I can get the form to me the quantity of each individual item in a quantity registry component?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I am not sure what is causing this issue. I did clone your form and tested it by sending a test submission. The submission email which I have received does display the selected data correctly for quantity gift registry. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please delete your existing email alert and add a new one to see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you:
