Account was transferred to me and I need to access an existing form.

I need to access an existing form that was created by an associate who is no longer with the company. The responses to the form is now going to someone else who is now not with the company.

We can move the forms into your account, but the request will have to be made from the account that currently owns the form. So if you could post the request from that account we will be happy to move the form into your account immediately.
