How to utilize jot form for golf tournament registration

We are trying to integrate four elements of a golf tournament event using jot form. Can you send us an example of this may be possible? We find it's difficult to create multiple jot forms for each element of this event. We'd like to include event registration, sponsors that include teams, ticket registration for kick off event and helicopter ball drop.

Is this possible or should we use eventbrite?
