How to create form to block out options when max number has been reached?

I'm trying to set up a reservation for for reoccurring events at our church. I need them to be able to choose "1st & 3rd Wed" or "2nd Friday of the month" or such instances. We have multiple rooms that can be used on any given night so I'd like to then block out the choices when the max number has been reached. Is there a good widget for this?

I know I can do Inventory or Ticket Sales, but I figured that was cumbersome to enter it a bunch of times.

If you have a limited numbers and then you need to block out the option once the limit is reached, the only option available is to add one of the following widgets:

Ticket Purchases

Gift Registry

Quantity Gift Registry

Inventory

If you need to add widgets for each date, I would suggest you to please create different forms for each week or days and that will be easier for you to maintain.
