Confirmation of submissions

    Hello Jotform,

    This is my 3rd request for help. My form is still not sending my notifications of submissions. This is the latest submission that I was not notified. A few weeks ago when I inquired I received a note stating the form response were not working. Has this issue been resolved? Do I need to change anything in my form?

    Usually this occurs when your email provider rejects the incoming mail from jotform (noreply@jotform.com)

    Or, you can permanently fix this by using a custom SMTP service (like gmail/hotmail/etc)
