Some forms are not connecting to emails and when looked up in submissions the credit card information is incomplete.

That email address was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
We have removed it already. Make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find the submission there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
