What's the number of your customer service? Link form is again not working :-(

Unfortunately, we don't offer a phone support. However, you can reach us here in the Support Forum which we monitored 24/7 and reply to our users in a timely manner.
I checked your account and I can see that you're under the Bronze plan. I also notice that you have one form. Upon checking the form, I was able to view it properly on my end. Here's a screenshot:

I also check the link in the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/71725975866171) and it was redirected me to the website properly. It means that the link is working on my end.
If the issue persists, please provide the form link or website URL where you embedded the form so we can investigate it further.
