My list of forms has disappeared from view

After editing a form and attempting to navigate to the My Forms area, I have NO forms listed.  I've logged out and in and still no list.  I've logged on to from another machine, still no list.  The production forms, however still appear to be online and functional.

Please note that we had an issue and our developers have fixed it. Please check again and get back to us if the problem persists.
