I can't view My Forms or any submissions

Logged in earlier today and everything was fine and a few minutes ago I noticed an issue that I can't view any of our forms or submissions from the My Forms view. 

I can't export my data either. 

I'm hoping this is a technical bug and this doesn't mean all of our data is now gone...

Please note that we had an issue and our developers have fixed it. Please check again and get back to us if the problem persists.
