    I keep paying to upgrade and jotform isnt working

    I keep paying to upgrade and I keep running out of forms.


    i have reached out multiple times to get this resolved and have not gotten a reply.


    what I have to do to be able to use the jotform service


    Please advise

    You are on the storage plan account. But you have received over 7,000 views this month. The storage plan is probably not the ideal solution for you:

    Your current plan only allows 1000 monthly views. You should consider upgrading your account to the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan.

    I paid again and it still says storage plan. How do I upgrade to the bronze plan annual?

    We would first need to cancel and refund the storage subscription.  After doing so, we can set your account back to Free temporarily while you update.  Let us know if you would like for use to proceed and we will take care of the refund/cancellation as soon as we can.
