How to create a form that allows my customers to request an instant cleaning quote.

My current form is great but I think it would be better if it gave my clients the ability to secure their request but receiving an instant cleaning quote, book their appointment, and submit payment information. Are these things possible?

It work like this:

For booking appointment I used the Date Reservation widget instead. So that the user can reserve the date of appointment.

For payment, I add a payment integration on the form. For this demo I used Paypal payment.

I setup paypal to use custom payment calculations (from the quoted services by user) to determine the payment amount from the form.

I also used conditional email for option if the user will only want to complete payment later on. They can go back to the form to enable payment using Edit Link in the form.
