    Trouble setting up conditional logic for change in email recipients in approval workflow

    Hi!

    We just designed this form:

    The workflow is supposed to work this way:

    A user with access to the form fills all the form's fields, including his/her email address (required field).

    After filling the form, a notification is sent to a supervisor (Email: "Aviso de ingreso de reporte"). This works perfect.

    After receiving the submission, the supervisor clicks "edit submission" to access the previously filled form.This works perfect.

    Once the submission is displayed, the supervisor needs to fill a specific answer (password) in the last question: ("Para uso exlusivo del revisor: guía de recepción:") so a hidden section shows. This works fine too.

    We have set up a conditional logic rule for change email recipient (Email "Autoresponder 2") so when the supervisor checks the "hidden" field: "recibido tiene todos los campos correctos", the system is supposed to send a message to the users's email (with a pdf attached). This is our problem! The supervisor receives the EDIT:email, but not the user. We have checked the email history and in fact the system registers sending emails to the supervisor account, but none to the users account.

    We have read the guide for setting up conditional emails, but can´t find the error.

    Could you please give us a hand with this?

    I reviewed your form and I found that the option Send on Edit is set to NO.

     

    Set it to YES so that edited submission will also resend the Autoresponder email.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.
