Populate the data from one form into another, as in a question/reply situation

Asked by lourosenberg on August 02, 2012 at 04:17 PM

    Greetings,

I'd like to set up a "help form" and a (linked?) "response form."  The help form will be filled out by the client.  The response form will be filled out by the technician.  What I'd like is for some of the data in the help form fields (i.e. name, email, etc.) to be prepopulated in the response form in order to eliminate redundancy.  is this possible?

    THANKS!

    Thank you for contacting us.

We do not have any feature to share the data between forms. However, you can add a notification to your "help form", in order to send a link with pre-populated "response form" fields to your technician.

Please take a look at the following thread to get more information on this:

How do I pre-populate based on data that the user submitted from another

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
