I am using an upload document form. It looks like it uploads the doc and once submit is shows the thank you screen. When I get the email there is no document. How do I get the document sent to me. I thought that would have been part of it. I am using a template that I have changes some.
I don't have the website up and running yet. I have just been testing it.

Your form's notification email does not have the tag for the upload field due to this reason:
A quick solution to this is to recreate your form's notification template. Refer to the link above for more information.
