Which is the email address used for password reset emails?

    When you request a password change you will receive the email from our noreply@jotform.com email address. 

    Might be that you have received a suspicious email notifying a password change on your account, do note that this happened since someone was using JotForm forms to send spam, we already identified and suspended the accounts related to such activity. 

    You may also forward the email you received to us so we can further investigate about the source, send it to support@jotform.com

    I received what I suspected was a phishing email about my password being changed. What tipped me off was that there were 5 reply to addresses in addition to the jotform address.
