Creating ticket sales form with limited number of tickets

Hello! I almost figured this out by myself but I've reached an issue.

Currently i am using the inventory + calculation + square widget(s) to sell multiple tickets online (as shown below).

This is how I would like my ticket template to work. When the customer chooses the amount of tickets they want, the calculator updates the total and they can checkout using square.

HOWEVER, i noticed that after a test purchase, the inventory number does not update after each purchase, making it possible it over-sell tickets.

Is the inventory widget supposed to update the number of available items after every purchase? If not, is there a widget that can limit the number tickets I sell?

Thanks for any help you can provide, Immaunel

P.S: It is important that I can limit the number of ticket sold, NOT the number of form submissions. As one form submission can mean multiple tickets sold.

    Thank you for contacting us.

The Quantity Gift Registry should automatically update the number of available items with each form submission. If this does not work properly on your form, try to update the widget.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for your prompt response. That's a great idea.

The issue with using the quantity gift registry is that is cannot limit the ticket sales per person.

So one person can buy all 50 tickets, and sell them at a higher price.

The Inventory widget should work in the same manner automatically limiting the stock of the items available.

I would like to suggest trying it again on your form.

    So, it worked... my mistake..

So when the inventory widget reaches 0 items left, people will not be able to purchase any more?

Yes, this is correct. The widget will be displayed like this.

    Thank you.
