Why can't I retrieve the data after my customers are directed to the pay pal page.

Hello 

I recently created a form for my classmates to go on and purchase Alumni T shirts for our class reunion. The problem that im having is once they click the submit button after inputting their information along with shirt size ans quantity, the data that they input is not showing when I go to view inquiries. 

I need to be able to se the persons name that purchased the shirts, and also the size and quantity.

please help me the link is getting a lot of hits but I cant see who's buying what.
