Setting PayPal Payment Field

    How do I activate the paypal button to work?

    Just want to remind you that you are using PaypalPro. It is different from the normal Paypal. 

    You simply need to mark the My Products field as required. That way they would really need to choose an option. A submit button is also required for them to be redirected to Paypal.

    By the way, you also need to to fill out the required settings for PaypalPro to work.


    On the other hand if you wish to use the normal Paypal, simply remove PaypalPro from your form and drag and drop Paypal from the Payment Tools.

    Does it have to be "Pro"? Paypal has different tiers - standard, advanced, and pro. Will the Advanced option ($5/monthly fee) work with JotForm?

    You can use either the standard PayPal or PayPal pro but unfortunately we currently do not support PayPal Advanced. If you need to the PayPal Advanced, I would recommend creating a separate thread and request this payment solution to be added in jotform list of payment gateway.

    PayPal Intergration not working: The seller accepts encrypted website payments only.


    After I had sucessfully intergrated the PayPal feature into my Jotform, I tested the jotform, but I was given this message below:


    The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.



    Dear Jotform, What should I do about this? Please help a.s.ap.
