Why there is a second captcha on submitting my form?

    Not only that, these inputs were not visible onscreen - I had to scroll way down to see them.

    What did I do wrong?

    I tested your form but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the form submitted fine and thank you page was shown:

    The problem you experienced is usually happening when you embedded your form using the source code and made some changes to the code so it's not the same as the original.

    I would suggest you to re-embed your form using the source code again or you could also use the iFrame code that will help you to avoid the captcha.

    If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

    Thanks, I did change it to IFrame. I didn't see the above problem again, great. HOWEVER, using Firefox, on submitting the form it goes not to the Thank You page but to the top on the whole site. I could write a whole separate Thank You page, but is there another way to solve this?

    Also found another issue, question text not correct in emails, which could be a bug. I'm reporting that separately.   -- HB

    I assume you're referring to this space below the Thank you page right?

    You could try inserting the below CSS code in your website:

    #JotFormIFrame-71225963928162 {

        height: 850px !important;

    }

    But I'm not sure if it will affect the iFrame of the form as well.

    Anyhow it is the height of the iFrame where the Thank you page is showing.

    It is more than 5000px.

    Please try and let us know if that helped.

    Thank you!
