I keep getting emails that I have reset my password, but I have never signed up.

    Please find the email attached that I have received 3 times stating it is from your company.  I want to make sure no one is using my credit cards or information fraudulently as I have never signed up with your company.

    I'm sorry for all the troubles. We have identify the user who is using us, Jotform, to send out the emails and we have already suspended the user.

    Rest assured that no  information were compromised, and that you can safely ignore the email.
