Sorry for the inconvenience. A user who uses JotForm has been sending spam messages to some emails. This is a phishing attempt. we have already taken action by suspending the user's account. Please ignore the emails and let us know if you continue receiving emails like this. Also, please don't click any links from the email message. Thank you for your understanding.

I also received another email. I have changed my email password as well as jotform password. Is there anything else I should do?

That was just a spam email sending you that information, but don't worry, your accounts are not compromised anyhow.
The spammer wanted to get information about your account and that was a way to do it, to send you such emails.
Always ignore such emails since we would never send them to you. We can not change your passwords. But please inform us of the similar emails so we can take necessary actions against such users.

this happened to my email. i responded that it wasnt me. am i in danger now?

As long as you didn't click anything in the email you're ok.
Always ignore such emails since they are just trying to get to your data.
