    Question text not always correctly echoed in email report we receive

    I've noticed this before -- the email reports say "Click to Edit"
    or a question text which should have been changed (I cloned a previous form to make this one -- the form has the right (edited) question text but the email doesn't).

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We will be glad to help you with your concern.

    May we know if this is only happening when you submit your form from your website? Or, it is also happening when the form is submitted from its direct link?

    I would suggest you try to check the email content of your email notification and edit the field label manually.

    I would also suggest you do the same for the email autoresponder.

    If that would not solve the issue you're having, then I would suggest you delete the email notification and autoresponder from your form and set up another. The new ones should have the updated field labels of your form.

    OK, but it shouldn't be necessary to do that. Is that how it's intended to work, or are you fixing it?

    Another issue -- when I load "My Forms" (I have 8 of them) it takes up to two minutes to load that page, to get to where I can make a selection. Hope that can be fixed in the code.

    What you can do, to avoid deleting the notification and creating a new one each time you change something in your form, is to enable the "Update Email" option in the Advanced settings:
