In order for you to include the whole contract (Text) in your form in the email that is sent to you for every successful submission, you need to construct the email manually and place the form fields accordingly using the "Form Fields" drop-down from the email content toolbars.

Also, do I do it both to Notification and Autoresponder? I did find the form fields, but I don't see any selections for the text of the contract.. I'm a little lost and would love some guidance. Thank you!

Hello BeccaV,
If you want the entire contract to be displayed in the submission email you receive, you will have to edit your form's notification email alert template and manually add the content of the contract. Please check the screenshot below how to edit your email template and add the contract text:
