    hi,

I would like your help on to issues which I am unable to resolve on my own.

    1. I have created EVENT registration form, which has got a Google map in the lower portion. I am unable to enter the location of the event which case postcode PO19 8HQ. I'm not sure how to do this so that it shows the appropriate map.

    2.

Second issue is, as you can see in the attached image, that I am unable to enter a URL to a button in the auto responder e-mail. When I try to select the button and click the URL link button, it gives me the space to enter the URL. After I put the URL https://www.chivedicculturalsociety.org/donations/ it does not let me save it when I click the okay button.

Can you please help me on these two issues?

I love using this jot form

    kind regards

I reviewed your form and I found that you were using the TEXT field to embed a google map location within the form.

This manual method of embedding a google location map on the form is unreliable since the embed code you used could be erroneous.

What I recommend you do is to use instead the Show Map Location widget which does the same functionality.

    Link : https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/show_map_location

Let us know if this did not work for you.

The 2nd question was about a different feature. We will resolve it separately on its thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1183312
